Peak Technology, a leading provider of rapid prototyping and advanced manufacturing solutions, has announced the acquisition of all the intellectual property and assets of former 3D printer technology company Type A Machines. This strategic move will enhance Peak Technology’s position as an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) by expanding its range of engineering, fabrication, assembly, and integration services.
With this acquisition, Peak Technology aims to offer a comprehensive suite of Additive Manufacturing (AM) services, making them the sole supplier to provide a full spectrum of AM solutions.
