Residents, however, have expressed their unease and fear over the nightly sightings, with one resident claiming that the drones have been keeping her up at night. The drones began appearing in mid-November and have continued to return nightly, except for Thanksgiving. The FBI has taken an interest in the situation, especially given that Morris County is located near Trump National Golf Club in Bedminster, a frequent rest stop for President-elect Donald Trump. Authorities are working with state and local partners to address the reported drone activity and will continue to investigate the situation.
