Commercial real estate services firm Levin Management Corporation (LMC) has announced that a 75,500-square-foot Target location will be opening at Flemington Marketplace in Flemington, New Jersey. The new anchor retail store will be located in the highly-trafficked community center at 325 Route 202.
LMC arranged the anchor lease for the new Target location, with Senior Leasing Representative Vanessa Kelty brokering the deal on behalf of the property ownership. Target will be taking over the space previously occupied by Burlington, with LMC planning aesthetic enhancements to the location.
The addition of Target to Flemington Marketplace reflects positive movement among major retail brands in the regional marketplace. The shopping center already boasts a strong group of retailers, including Kohl’s, Michaels, and ALDI. With 1.9 million visitors every year, the bustling shopping center continues to attract shoppers.
This is the second recent Target deal LMC has secured in New Jersey, with a 211,500-square-foot location recently announced at the West Orange Plaza. LMC, based in Plainfield, has been providing commercial real estate services for over seventy years, with a portfolio of 125 properties totaling over 16 million square feet in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast.
