The right wing of a Japan Airlines plane struck the tail of a Delta Airlines plane while taxiing on the runway at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. The collision occurred around 10:40 a.m. with no reported injuries. The FAA and NTSB will investigate the incident, leading to some flight delays. Delta Flight 1921 with 142 passengers was scheduled to fly to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, while Japan Airlines Flight JL68 with 172 passengers was arriving from Narita International Airport. Both airlines apologized for any inconvenience caused by the incident. Video posted on social media shows the wing of the Japan Airlines plane stuck on the tail of the Delta plane.
