The 97th Annual Academy Awards, hosted by Conan O’Brien, took place in Hollywood. Costume design went to Arianne Phillips for “A Complete Unknown,” and makeup and hairstyling to Michael Marino, David Presto, and Crystal Jurado for “A Different Man.” In the music category, Daniel Blumberg won for “The Brutalist,” and the award for Best Original Song went to Clément Ducol and Camille for “Emilia Pérez.” Documentary feature film “Black Box Diaries” and international feature film “I’m Still Here” from Brazil also won. The awards for production design, sound, and visual effects were won by various nominees such as “The Brutalist,” “Dune: Part Two,” and “Wicked.”
