Early Wednesday morning, a tragic head-on crash on Route 17 in Chester, New York, resulted in the deaths of a 25-year-old New Jersey woman, Sydnie M. Haines, and another motorist, 54-year-old Mordichy Zafir from Kiamesha Lake.
