The Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office is investigating a stabbing incident that occurred in the parking lot of New Milford High School, involving students from the school and minors from outside the district. One teen was stabbed in the chest during a large fight and the suspect or suspects had already fled when police arrived. Two individuals have been taken into custody in connection with the incident. The victim is in critical but stable condition at a hospital.
