Brooklyn Square Pizza, one of New Jersey’s top pizzerias, is expanding to Bradley Beach at the Jersey Shore. The new location will be an “express” shop offering a reduced menu of pizza, wraps, sandwiches, and salads for takeout and delivery only. Owner Pietro “Peter” Grippo, who opened the first Brooklyn Square in Jackson in 2013, is partnering with the former owners of Rocco’s Pizza in Bradley Beach for the new venture.

Bradley Beach, known for its bustling food scene with restaurants like Bamboo Leaf Thai Eatery and Vic’s Italian-American Restaurant, is quickly becoming a hot spot for foodies. With the addition of Brooklyn Square Pizza, the town is set to attract even more visitors looking for delicious dining options.

Grippo, who has been in the pizza business since 1982, is eager to bring his acclaimed pizzeria to the charming town of Bradley Beach and hopes to be embraced by the community. Despite battling Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma, Grippo remains dedicated to his passion for creating delicious pizza and giving back to the community through his Dream Catchers Youth Foundation. The new Brooklyn Square Pizza location is expected to open in the next few weeks.
