YunExpress, a top third-party logistics company in China, has signed a long-term lease for 146,000 square feet at Crow Holdings at Carteret in New Jersey. The industrial campus, located at 400 Salt Meadow Road, is 1.2 million square feet in total. YunExpress was represented by Savills, while Crow Holdings at Carteret was represented by Cushman & Wakefield.
Yun Express, founded in 2014, already has a presence in New Jersey and is a leading provider of cross-border B2C business lines for e-commerce sellers. Crow Holdings at Carteret offers world-class distribution space in a prime location close to key infrastructure like ports, airports, and major highways.
Currently, Crow Holdings at Carteret is home to other tenants such as DSV Global Transport and Logistics and Weida Freight System, Inc. The remaining space at the campus is being marketed by Cushman & Wakefield. With a surge in 3PL deals, the location in one of the nation’s most dynamic industrial corridors is appealing to many in the industry.
