New Jersey American Water crews in Bridgewater are conducting emergency repairs on Tuesday, which may impact customers’ water supply. The repairs will take place between 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., and customers may experience discolored or cloudy water, low water pressure, or no water during this time. It is expected to take around six hours to complete the repairs.
Once water service is restored, customers may notice discolored water. In such cases, they are advised to run the cold water taps at the lowest level of the house for about three to five minutes until the water runs clear.
