New Jersey Wine & Food Festival Draws Culinary Stars to Crystal Springs Resort
HAMBURG, N.J. — The vibrant New Jersey Wine & Food Festival is in full swing at Crystal Springs Resort, attracting culinary experts and wine lovers for a weekend of tastings, chef-led dinners, and interactive experiences. The festival, which runs through Sunday, features esteemed Guest of Honor Chef Francis Mallmann, who hosts outdoor wood-fired cooking events, including a special dinner showcasing Argentinian wines from Bodegas Escorihuela Gascon.
Today’s lineup includes engaging activities such as Bubbles & Brunch, The Art of Honey focusing on bee conservation, and the Perfect Pairing event presenting Italian wines with local culinary treasures. Highlights also include hands-on classes like The Perfect Gin Cocktail. Notably, Master Sommelier Larry Stone will lead a special tasting to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Oregon’s Lingua Franca winery.
The day culminates in the Grand Tasting, featuring dishes from 30 restaurants and over 200 wines and spirits, followed by the Biosphere After Party where chefs and guests celebrate the night together. Now in its 16th year, the festival has welcomed culinary legends and remains a premier destination for food and wine connoisseurs. Final festivities wrap up with a closing brunch on Sunday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
