  3. High Caffeine Consumption: Multiple cups of coffee or energy drinks can temporarily elevate blood pressure. Those with pre-existing hypertension should monitor their caffeine intake.

  4. Poor Sleep Hygiene: Irregular sleep patterns can disrupt hormonal balance, contributing to higher blood pressure. Aim for 7-8 hours of uninterrupted sleep each night.

  5. Chronic Stress: Persistent stress can result in elevated blood pressure over time due to hormone release. Techniques like deep breathing and stress management can be effective.
