Demetric D. Scott, a 52-year-old man from Wisconsin, has been charged with forging letters in an attempt to frame Ramón Morales Reyes, a potential witness against him in a robbery case. Scott allegedly sent letters, posing as Morales Reyes, which included threats against Donald Trump and criticisms of immigration policies to state and federal authorities.
