Evans W. Chigounis, a Monmouth County massage therapist, has permanently lost his license over allegations of sexual misconduct involving two female clients. The state Board of Massage and Bodywork Therapy concluded an investigation into claims he groped one client and forced another to touch him inappropriately. Chigounis can never reapply for his license.
