China conducted a rare public test by successfully test-firing an intercontinental ballistic missile into the Pacific Ocean, raising international concerns as tensions with the United States continue to grow. The People’s Liberation Army Rocket Force launched the missile carrying a simulated warhead, which landed in a predetermined area of the high seas.
