Sports Illustrated Stadium secures naming rights deal with MLS team for 13 years at former Red Bull Arena

In a major partnership agreement announced on Wednesday, Red Bull Arena has been renamed Sports Illustrated Stadium for a 13-year period. The 25,000-seat soccer-specific stadium, which has been home to Major League Soccer’s Red Bull team since 2010, will now be known as Sports Illustrated Stadium. The stadium is owned by Red Bull GmbH, which also owns RB Leipzig in the German Bundesliga and Red Bull Salzburg in Austria.

As part of the agreement, Sports Illustrated Tickets will become the official ticketing partner for all events at the stadium starting in 2026. This includes Red Bulls and NJ/NY Gotham FC home matches, international soccer games, youth events, concerts, watch parties, and other events held at the stadium. The venue is also set to serve as a training site during the 2026 World Cup for teams preparing for matches at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford.

The announcement comes shortly after the Red Bulls lost 2-1 to the Los Angeles Galaxy in the MLS Cup championship. Authentic Brands Group, the owner of Sports Illustrated, launched Sports Illustrated Tickets in 2021. This partnership aims to enhance the overall experience for sports fans attending events at Sports Illustrated Stadium by providing a seamless ticketing process.
